Savoury alternatives are always a popular choice during the festive period, a perfect addition to refresh the palate.

The increasing trend towards interesting and varied cheeseboard offerings prompted us to launch our first bespoke product. Our award-winning cheesemakers collaborated with renowned designer, Edmund Dimbleby, to create what we believe is the ultimate cheeseboard.

Like our cheeses, this board is hand-made in England by an expert craftsman. Each one is a single piece of oak, cut, polished and finished by Ed, for a product of unrivalled quality and strength. Every board is a one-off and will age according to its own unique character.

The board’s octagonal, compact design (25cm in diameter) is the preferred shape and size of our cheesemakers. Its dimensions are perfect for a carefully chosen selection of fine cheeses and its bevelled edge makes it easy to pick up and pass round the table.

The underside of each board features an engraved depiction of a mouse, asleep, having eaten lots of cheese. We believe our cheeseboard will bring you a comparable feeling of contentment and satisfaction every time you use it.

Cheeseboard Tips
Always have an odd number of cheeses.
It’s better to have three exceptional options than five mediocre ones.
Go wild with cheeseboard accompaniments: there’s no limit to what can be paired with cheese.
