Organic Cultured Butter

We make cultured butter entirely by hand using a traditional method, from our own organic crème fraîche. 

It differs from most of the butter you’ll find in the supermarket because it’s developed from cream which has been soured and fermented by the addition of lactic cultures. 

This both enhances preservation and generates an incredible depth of flavour. 
We believe you won’t find a more delicious — or buttery — butter!
