Terms and Conditions – Cheese Making Course

​

1.0 General Terms and Conditions

  1. By using this site and purchasing any products of gift vouchers, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  2. All courses offered are subject to availability and will only be reserved after full payment has been received.

  3. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to notify us of any food allergies. If you, or anyone in your group, have any allergies or special dietary requirements, please make us aware of this at the point of booking, not upon arrival. If we are not made aware of this at the point of booking, we cannot take any responsibility for this. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate your allergy if we are only told when you arrive for the course.

 

2.0 Booking and Payment

  1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the course.

  2. Once payment is made, your booking is confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email with course details

 

3.0 Changes to bookings and cancellations

  1. If you need to cancel your booking within 21 days of the cheese making course date you are booked onto, no refund is payable. If however we can resell your place on the course, we will refund your payment to you less a £20.00 admin fee. Where you are unable to attend your booked course, you may instead select someone else to attend the course in your place, please contact us via email or telephone to discuss this.

  2. Outside of 21 days of the date of the course, we will provide a full refund less a £20.00 admin fee.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unavoidable circumstances (instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances), or if a class is under-subscribed. In these cases, we will always try to give as much notice as possible and will notify all confirmed attendees offering a full refund or to move you to another course. We will not be liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur. 

 

4.0 Photography and Media

  1. We may take photos during the course for promotional purposes. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be photographed

  2. Once payment is made, your booking is confirmed, and you will receive a confirmation email with details of your chosen event

 

3.0 Changes to Bookings and Cancellations

  1. Unfortunately, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be given

  2. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To complete the transfer please contact us via email or telephone.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unavoidable circumstances (instructor illness, weather or unforeseen circumstances), or if an event is under-subscribed.
